You can change or cancel your order at anytime up until the item is dispatched from my premises.
Please note that due to the nature of handmade, bags can have some slight impurities. This is what makes them extra unique. As such please choose wisely, as I do not offer a change of mind refund if your item has already been dispatched. However your happiness is very important to me. So with this in mind if you really do want to change your mind, please send me an email, I am happy to consider an exchange or credit.
If any item you purchase has a manufacturing issue, provided you let me know within 7 days of delivery, I will do my best to repair or replace the item for you or, if this can’t be achieved I will give you a credit or a refund. I may ask that you return the item to me but I will refund the reasonable costs of return.
